Breakfast: Two biscuits of Shredded Wheat, skim milk.
Lunch: Tom yum soup, ice water. Was feeling kind of non-specifically yucky and the soup didn't seem to help. Or it wasn't as wonderful as I had hoped for. Or both. I'm sick of everything right now. Something relatively bland like oatmeal, with maybe a little brown sugar, really appeals to me all of a sudden. I think I'm experiencing dining out overload.
After lunch went back to the car and took a 45 minute nap. Woke up and went looking for ice cream. Finally found a place, but there was a bit of a communication problem (I'm not sure English was even their second language, much less their first) and it was lackluster ice cream anyway.
Went to 99 Ranch and did some shopping. Came home and had a guyabana drink I had just purchased.
Dinner: Teriyaki salmon, (unsuccessful on tiny little outdoor grill, somewhat successful on indoor stove) rice, rice seasoning, ume boshi, green tea.
