Dinner: Sleep completely screwed up again... stayed up all night and slept until 6:30pm or so. Had leftover chicken biriyani, rice, vegetables, and a bit of mango chutney I found lurking in the back of the fridge, 100 Plus "isotonic drink", some sort of chocolate ice cream with a peculiar brand name. ("Movenpick"? Or something.)
Later made some iced Earl Grey tea, with sugar and lemon, munched on pretzels, rice cakes, completely flavorless British crackers, cheese chunks and the remnants of a container of hummus.
