Breakfast: Couple of Finn Crisp crackers, glass of milk.

Lunch: Went to Chinatown, had a char siew pau and a lotus seed bun, wandered over to Maxwell Food Centre and got a plate of nasi lemak. Then a soursop juice with lemon and lime slices.

Dinner: Barbecued stingray and stirfried kang kong over on Cuppage. Not exactly sure where I got it from, as I thought I ordered from one place, but it seemed to arrive from the kitchen of another. I've given up trying to understand this phenomenom, as long as I get my food and don't get overcharged, I'm happy. Had a large Tiger beer, which I made extremely short work of (I must have been thirsty!) and a lime juice. (which was good, not too sweet and not fake tasting) The stingray was a bit firmer/dryer than others I've had... slightly chicken-like texture almost, and had quite a few bones in the cut of meat, but it was pretty decent nonetheless. The sauce was more of a Malay-infuenced affair, maybe closer to a rendang than a sambal? Different than I was expecting, but quite good nonetheless.
