Lunch: Leftover braised bean curd and vegetables, rice from last night.

Dinner: Pork and shrimp wonton (8) in chicken broth with a dash of chili, wilted spinach with go qui, ("Chinese Wolfberry") iced calamansi juice with a touch of sugar.

Later: Before bed finished off the remaining braised bean curd dish and the rice.
